SLA's in Loop are specified nudges which are triggered if a specified action has not been completed in a specified period of time.
The nudge default acts by marking an email as unread and moving it to the top of your email list. There is a system generated message which will detail which SLA was breached.
There are 3 SLA breaches currently in Loop:
- Email not assigned
- Email not replied to
- Email not resolved
Each of these SLA's have a time period in which to be triggered
- Minutes
- Hours
- Days
