# How Do I Remove My Data From Loop Email?

We understand how important data is for everyone. 

If you decide to no longer use Loop Email and would like to remove all your data from the platform, then please send an email to [support@intheloop.io ](mailto:support@intheloop.io.)requesting this.

Please allow up to 24 hours for all data to be removed.
