# Unified shared inbox

We want to support you to do your **best** work, **where** you work. We know for a lot of our customers that means working in what we like to call ‘shared inbox mode’. To deliver the ultimate support for seamless triaging, we are introducing a new unified shared inbox view. Fast, efficient and flexible triage for all your critical business communication channels. You no longer have to hop through each shared inbox channel to check statuses or assign tickets. 💪
