# Can I use an alias account?

**Gmail Accounts**

Gmail alias accounts are supported on Loop Email. 

You will need to register with your personal email address and then add your alias account as a shared inbox distribution list at the setup page. 

**Microsoft Exchange Accounts** 

Currently, you cannot register an alias account on Loop Email if you're using Exchange. Please make sure you register with your main account only.
