Shared Inbox is a great way to share and spread information across a team or department (Sales, Support, Admin). If you have a public or shared email address such as; info@, support@ or people@ then our Shared Inbox feature will take away a lot of stress and help you streamline incoming emails.
Which platform can I use Shared Inbox on?
- Shared Inbox is currently fully supported on the Loop Email desktop app for both MacOS & Windows
- Shared Inbox is also supported on iOS, however, at this moment in time we do not support the email tagging feature
Is my email account supported on Shared Inbox?
We currently support the following emails accounts on Shared Inbox
- Microsoft Office 365
Please Note: To use the Shared Inbox feature you will need to be on the latest version of the Loop Email desktop app.
- Desktop App - version 5.8.0 and up
