You have the option to add alias email addresses if needed.
If you wish to do this, click on ‘Add alias email’.
To remove an address (this could be your main account or an alias) click on ‘Remove’ which appears when you hover your mouse beside ‘Default sender’.
3. Email Import Period
When you first register with Loop we import 2 months of email history. If you want to import older emails you can select one of the available options to choose 2 or 3 years of emails.
There are three types of notification which you can enable/disable.
Messages - receive a notification when you get an instant messages from other Loop users
Email - receive a notification when an email comes into your inbox
Team Emails - receive a notification when an email is shared with a Team that you are a member of.
Here you can choose the settings for Loop Messages.
Choose what you have visible in Loop Messages
- Include emails in Loop messages - this will add ‘Emails’ to the drop down list of options. Enabling this means you have easy access to your own inbox without having to scroll to the bottom of the sidebar.
- Show sent emails - this will display any of your sent emails within Loop Messages and your Inbox.
- Default Hover Action - When you hover over an email you can take an action before you even open it. Choose between ‘Delete’, ‘Archive’ or ‘Star’ as your default action.
Create and edit email signatures to easily add your details to the end of any email you send.
You can have more than one email signature set up if needed. There may be some emails where you only want to share your name and company logo, and others where you want to share additional information such as contact telephone number, website or social media links.
Any signature you set up can be easily chosen and added to the end of an email.
Set up canned responses to save both you and your team time when responding to emails, particularly those common questions.
You can create canned responses for yourself as well as for specific shared inboxes or teams.
Here you can view your subscription details.
If you are a license owner you will be able to see full details of your subscription plan.
If you have been added as a member by a license owner you will only be able to see details for your own personal account.
Change the look of Loop by setting a different theme. Simply choose from the 6 options you can see.
On top of any of the themes you can also enable dark mode if you prefer to view Loop with a darker setting.
