Here we will cover:
- How to increase transparency within your team
- How to communicate with clients if they don’t have Loop Email
- How to create and start a "Team"
The backbone of all business communication is still email. However, many companies are aware of its limitations and are therefore seeking alternatives. Unlike other apps or platforms, Loop Email, give you the power of traditional email and more modern tools such as chat and collaboration.
Our goal is to provide users and business a platform where all their communication needs, internal or external, are met in a dynamic way.
Transparent team communication
Lack of transparency usually comes when people are stuck working in silos. Being able to share ideas, see what is going on in a team or finding out what has happened to a customers are all great ways to increase transparency.
Loop Email helps you achieve this by making information much more organised and easier to find - We do this with Channels. This is where emails, chats, files and Loops are organised around people or teams.
We want to stop clogging up your inbox with questions like this;
- Where is that file?
- What is the progress on that project?
- What is our marketing team working on at the moment?
Team channels allow you to share information and files to a set group of people. This way, people will be able to know what’s going on, without having the need to ask for regular updates. Here is an example:
You're about to start a new campaign for a client where a lot of files and emails are going to be shared. You also have 5 people from your department working this on this project. Unlike traditional email where you would CC and clutter everyone's inbox, on Loop Email you simply need to create a Team named after the client or campaign and add your 5 team members. Now, you will automatically share all files, emails, chats and Loops with everyone.
You can also add non-Loop Email users to your Team.
Communicate with clients even if they don’t have Loop Email
Unlike other platforms, you're able to send messages and add people to Teams even if they're not using Loop Email.
Non-Loop Email users will receive your message as a traditional email so they reply directly to your you. Loop Email sends this message via an automatically generated email address so they're clearly know who it's coming from.
