Loop Email syncs all the folders over from your connected email address.
Desktop App
How to create a new folders:
- Click on 'Folders' in left hand side menu which will then show all your folder on the right hand side
- At the bottom of the screen you will now see 'Create new folder'
- From here you can name your folder
- Hit 'Create' and the folder is created!
How to create a subfolder:
- Click on 'Folders' in left hand side menu which will then show all your folder on the right hand side
- At the bottom of the screen you will now see 'Create new folder'
- From here you can name your folder
- After typing the name of the folder you will need to add forward slash (/)
- Type the name of the sub folder after the forward slash (/)
- Here is an example for a subfolder called Project 1: "Marketing/Project 1"
- Hit 'Create' and the subfolder is created!
How to move an email to a folder?
- Select the email you would like to move into a folder
- Hit the "Folder" icon at the top of the email
- Once you hit the folder icon you will be presented with a pop up showing you all your folders
- Select the folder you would like to move the email too
iOS App
Currently, it is not possible to create folders or subfolders on the iOS app.
Please Note:
- Once you start using Loop Email you will need to create new folders and subfolders in Loop Email only
- Your folders will also automatically sync over to your iOS Loop Email app
- You can always delete a folder by clicking the 'Trash bin' icon next to the name of your folder
- You can edit the name of your folder by clicking the 'Edit' icon next to the name of your folder
