If you're having some technical difficulties with Loop Email on your Windows Device, then we have some top tips to help you resolve them:
- Check if your device is connected to the internet
- Make sure you're using the most recent version of Loop Email. You check this by visiting the 'updates' section of the Windows Store
- Try and Force Quit the Loop Email App from the "Task Manager" - You can access this by hitting "ctrl+alt+del"
- If all else fails, as the last option you can always delete the app and download it again via the Windows Store
