Loop Email syncs the last 14 days worth of email in your inbox. However, as you search and explore Channels we start to load more emails for you. During this sync, our backend system starts to import the default range of emails set by your email provider (Gmail, Exchange, Hotmail et al) which is set to 363 days.
However, within the Loop Email desktop app you have the option to increase the amount of emails you would like to pull from 1 year to 2 or 3 years.
Desktop App - How to increase the import limit
- Click on 'Settings' button found in the bottom left corner of the sidebar
- Select 'Account'
- Choose from one of the 3 options (1 year, 2 years or 3 years)
