Loop syncs the last 2 months worth of emails in your inbox. As you search and explore channels we start to load more emails for you. During this sync, our backend system starts to import the default range of emails set by your email provider (Gmail, Exchange, Hotmail etc.) which is set by default to 2 months.
You have the option to increase the number of emails you would like to pull from 2 months to 2 or 3 years. Please note that accessing the email sync history is only available from the desktop app.
How to increase the import limit in your Desktop App
- Click on 'Settings' button found in the bottom left corner of the sidebar
- Select 'Account'
- Scroll down to 'Email Import Period'. Choose from one of the 3 options (2 months, 2 years or 3 years)
